View fullsize We'll have to move this... View fullsize Can we get rid of this back door to the garage while we're at it? View fullsize Dining room door to garage. (Slightly pre-completion.) View fullsize No more back door to the garage! View fullsize A little tidier too! (Slightly pre-completion.) View fullsize Uh-oh... View fullsize ...Broken door jamb on the front door. View fullsize All rebuilt! (Forgot to take more after pictures.) View fullsize Hmm, how can we make this safer? View fullsize There we go! A new, anchored little railing! View fullsize "Murphy, HELP! My plumber needs a frame built for our new tub during our bathroom remodel!" No problem! And I'll be back when it's time to drywall ;) View fullsize It'd be nice to get some shelving, but then we'd have to move some things around. View fullsize No problem! Floating shelves and relocate the artwork. View fullsize Wow, this pressure washer really works on this balcony! View fullsize Oof, bugs and weather really got a hold of our garage. We kicked out the bugs, but is there anything you can do? View fullsize Before shot #2 of garage trim. View fullsize Before shot #3 of garage trim. View fullsize All fresh... View fullsize ...and clean... View fullsize ...and Rebuilt! Added a little dryer vent to the exterior wall also :) (bottom right) View fullsize Eh, carpet and kinda plain tile. View fullsize I'd love something more modern... View fullsize ...and easier to clean. I've got an idea... tell me if you can do it... View fullsize Yep! Hexagon tile, recaulked tub and counter, and... View fullsize ...a new one-piece toilet for easy cleaning! View fullsize Here's another bathroom. Let's start with some sconces that could be updated for sure... View fullsize And the vanity needs to be changed pretty badly... View fullsize ...but it's such a weird size! All the long ones are too deep! View fullsize Oooh, now we're talking... View fullsize Yes! New vanity, towel racking, and mirror. New flooring and a little spot for the trash can! View fullsize New shelf and sconces too, of course. :) View fullsize Ok, so the dining room has a big opening in it, and we've got shutters. Whattya say we seal it all off, BUT... View fullsize ... when we do, we'll have to move the TV (so can we add an outlet?) and then... View fullsize ... it would look kind of plain so we've got a surprise for you, Murphy... View fullsize Ok, we'll start by building the wall but it's wider than usual... I'll explain that opening in a second. View fullsize Ta-Da! Our customer had a beautiful decorated window made for the upper section, and wanted a recessed wall on the dining room side, painted to accent, and perfect for a large art piece! View fullsize The bedroom side had to match even and with texture. View fullsize Nice, eh?! Never be afraid of your remodeling ideas!!! View fullsize Why didn't the builder finish off the front fence? What can you do? View fullsize How about a little pony wall and some saloon-swinging gates?! (Note: the ribbon is for a decor piece they had. I promise it's not holding up the right gate, haha!) View fullsize Master shot of the custom carpentry items added to match the fence. (Note: the ribbon is for a decor piece they had. I promise it's not holding up the right gate, haha!) View fullsize As part of a childproofing project... View fullsize ...this family had a lot of challenging spots to protect. View fullsize Certainly there must be something that can be done to protect the stairwells for the incoming little one... View fullsize Gate 1 of 4; not all pictured, you'll get the idea :) View fullsize Gate 2 of 4 View fullsize Gate 3 of 4 View fullsize We created a "bottom rail" out of electrical conduit (for strength) then ran the netting over the rails, around the entire stairwell, and the exterior balcony. Babyproofed!
